on a windy beach
About 5:30ish I took this picture of the sunrise and just as I got it I heard a crunch-crunch next to me and I look up to see this bear walking along the beach towards me, perhaps 40 feet away. I beat a hasty retreat and 30 seconds later snapped the next two pix.

Beer Bear! A couple other obviously right in camp including the one in the tree over our cabin!. Note the fisherman just down stream in the river. And the last 2 are bears "guarding" the bridge creating a "bear jam"
